Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be:

✅ Unwashed
✅ In Original Condition
✅ With Original Tags & Packaging

⚠️ Customers must provide a clear unboxing video for any claim related to:

📦 Missing Product
❌ Wrong Product
💔 Damaged Product

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Returns or refunds are not available for:

❌ Change of Mind
❌ Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer
❌ Used or Washed Products
❌ Products Damaged by Customer

If the wrong size is delivered by Vlotzzy:

✅ Free Exchange Available

If the customer orders the wrong size:

🔄 Exchange may be available based on stock availability.

🚚 Delivery charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.

Customized jerseys with player names, numbers, or special printing are:

🚫 Non-Refundable
🚫 Non-Exchangeable

unless a manufacturing or printing error occurs from our side.

Refunds will only be approved when:

✅ A return request is approved
✅ The product cannot be replaced
✅ The ordered item is unavailable after payment

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
